  • Kay Wilhelms-Miranda, Treasurer

Kay’s journey began on Long Island, leading her to UConn's School of Dental Medicine. There, on her first day, fate intervened – she met Dr. Michael Miranda! Together, they found a community that valued education, athletics, and exceptional healthcare – all priorities for their family of five.

Her experience at Hartford Hospital as Assistant Director of the General Practice Residency, opened her eyes to the need for accessible healthcare, which led to volunteering extensively with CT Mission of Mercy.

Joining OAH Strides felt like a perfect fit. A lifelong athlete, Kay understands the importance of movement.
