With the support of Orthopedic Associates of Hartford, we are a passionate team on a mission to orchestrate a symphony of movement in Greater Hartford. We believe in the power of physical activity to unlock confidence, well-being, and a deep sense of belonging for everyone in our community.
Instead of being defined by limitations, we envision a community where movement becomes a joyful celebration. In partnership with The Hartford Foundation for Public Giving, we weave together a vibrant tapestry of programs, fostering connections and igniting a passion for healthy living, one step, brushstroke, or melody at a time.

OAH Strides Annual 5/10K Race + 1K FunRun
Mark your calendars! The OAH Strides Race FunRun returns Saturday, October 5, 2024, with something for everyone – a scenic 5K/10K, a colorful 1K FunRun, and awards! But it's more than a race: it's a movement for inclusion. Support adaptive programs, connect with your community, and compete for the "Movement Maker" trophy.
